The purpose of the present charter is to define the general conditions of use of the site.
This website provides a dating service of video chat by webcam. You will be able to join and see your partner by connecting your cam.
The pages of the Web site normally do not present any contrary information at the law and order. However, by measurement of precaution, Webcamo understands to only hold the access of its site to major.
To reach the service offered by Webcamo, the user must be old at least 18 years and supplement the form of inscription being reproduced on the site. The services offered by Webcamo are free for the women and paying for the men.

Article 1

The inscription with the Webcamo service and the use of the site suppose acceptance full and whole present Charter of use by the user. While reaching the site and while being registered with the service, the user states to have taken knowledge of this Charter. By notching the box "I read and I accept the conditions of use of webcamo" appearing in bottom of the page of inscription, the user agrees without reserve to be bound by this one and to entirely respect some fully and the terms.

In accordance with French Law n° 78-17 of January 6, 1978, known as Data-processing Law and Freedom, the user has a right of consultation, modification, correction and suppression of all given personal ranges to the knowledge of Webcamo at the time of the use of the service. If the user does not wish it, it is permissible for him to make known its refusal with the address indicated above. It is agreed that such information will be stored in our computer during 1 year. The data of prospective customers will be removed, on recommendation of the CNIL, to the maximum one year after their collection or when they did not answer two successive requests. -2.2. To estimate the frequentation of our website or to detect possible data-processing intrusions, we plan to exploit the data of connection to the site (date, hour, address Internet, Protocol of the computer of a visitor, consulted page). These data will be preserved in our computer during 1 year.

Article 3

The user certifies and guarantees exactitude and the conformity with reality of the transmitted data. He certifies in particular that the photographs and/or videos put on line represent him. The user is responsible for the contents transmitted by him and he commits abstaining from diffusing within the interactive services which are proposed to him, messages in abusive matter, insulting, disparaging, degrading or not having any bond with the tackled questions which could block the correct operation of the site and attack the private life of the users connected to the website. Webcamo is owner of the entirety of the patent rights and intellectual relating to the contents of the website (trademarks, logos, graphics and illustration, data bases including in particular information of current events as well as the application softwares developed for the use of the site, contents editorial, presentation of the services). Consequently, the user is not authorized to reproduce, entirely or partially, on some support that it is, the components of this site, without the authorization express and precondition of Webcamo. The user commits himself not carrying reached directly or indirectly to the rights of ownership intellectual of Webcamo and to his legitimate interests. The user commits himself not carrying out an extraction qualitatively or quantitatively substantial of the data bases put on line on the website, neither to use these data within an abnormal framework, nor to bring to these data bases some modification that it either, to adapt them, transform them, arrange them or translate them. The user concedes Webcamo a purely free basis right of use, diffusion, reproduction and representation of the photographs and videos representing him and which he put on line. It is understood that to in no case the user could not act against Webcamo, for some reason that it is, because of the setting in line of photographs or videos representing him.

Article 5

Taking into account the volume of information concerned, the control of the contents thus transmitted can only be limited. Webcamo could not thus see its committed responsibility concerning the contents, and in a general way, Webcamo could not be responsible for the direct or indirect damage being able to occur at the time of the use of the service.

Article 6

The services offered on this website are paying for men. The payment of the price of the services ordered by the user is carried out directly on the site during the ordering by communication of the number of bank card by means of a system of protected payment.

Article 7

-7.1. The subscriptions take effect as from the inscription of the user to the Webcamo service. The subscriptions are taken out for one month duration and are renewable tacitly for periods of the same duration. -7.2. The user can cancel his subscription constantly while sending an electronic mail of denunciation to the Webcamo service. At the time of the cancellation, the price of the subscription of the month in progress is not refunded with the user. -7.3. In the event of failure by the user with present, Webcamo reserves the right to suspend or cancel its account without notice nor refunding -7.4. The user will be informed of the suspension or the cancellation by electronic mail. The user is informed that the data relating to it are preserved in our computer during one year as from the cancellation.

Article 8


The present Charter of use constitutes a contract between Webcamo and the users of the website and constitute the entirety of the rights and obligations of Webcamo and the user. The clauses and conditions of this Charter can be modified constantly and will be applicable as of the setting on line. The applicable provisions are thus those of the Charter of the most recent use appearing on line on the site. Webcamo thus invites the user to consult regularly the Charter of use appearing on line. In any event, the user present on the site is regarded as having accepted without reserves the clauses and conditions of this Charter.

It is the exclusive property of TRANSMISSION company. This website is hosted by TRANSMISSION, itself. Any reproduction of this website, total or partial, of the trademarks or any elements reproduced on the website will thus be prohibited without preliminary authorization of TRANSMISSION. The responsible publisher is Mr Ted VOYAU. The general structure, the software, texts, images animated or fixed, sound, know-how, drawings, graphics, photographs and any other element composing the Web site are the exclusive property of TRANSMISSION or thirds which granted an authorization express to it.
